About the Author
Juwon Lee is the former CFO of The Princeton Review, where he led a $27M turnaround — transforming a $7M annual loss into $20M profit and positioning the company for an approximately $300M exit. Prior to that role, he served as an Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies, executing $4B+ in M&A and capital markets transactions, and as a Vice President at AlixPartners, specializing in corporate restructuring including Chapter 11 proceedings.
Juwon holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and currently serves as Principal Consultant at Margin Kinetics, providing fractional CFO services to growth-stage companies.
